Background & Personal Journey

Palm’s journey combines intuition and intention. She began meditating at age 9, inspired by her family, monks, and a deep curiosity about the conscious and subconscious mind, psychology, and biology, including hospital training. Her interest in how computers and machines work led her to study Computer Science and AI, both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees, blending human and machine learning. This background connects technical expertise with a deep understanding of the well-being of the modern mind.

Life Events & Purpose

After 16 years in the technology world, near-death experiences in 2018 and 2023 as well as supporting friends and family through last-stage cancer, deeply shaped her purpose. She is dedicated to helping others live with peace, clarity, and wholeness by connecting to their true inner wisdom and meaningful life purpose. Palm has witnessed real-life transformation through the integration of sound, art, and energy healing.

Currently: Modern Mind & Brainwave Focus

Palm brings a unique understanding of the modern mind, including how brainwave states shift from beta (focused, alert) to theta (deep relaxation and insight). With over 16 years in the tech industry, she understands the pressures of modern life, where logic, speed, and structure rule. Having lived in that world, she knows how stress, overthinking, and disconnection build up and how to gently guide others out of it, helping them transition from beta to theta states through sound, energy, and deep presence.
